The customer support communication service “Customer Cast” provided by our company has been discontinued on September 30, 2020.
Customer Cast is a service launched in October 2016, and has been used by many people along with its predecessor, the video chat service “EB iBoard (β)”.

However, as high-performance video chat (conference) systems such as Google Hangout (currently Google Meet) and Zoom continue to grow due to the influence of the new corona virus, it has become difficult to continue business.
