On May 13, 2011, we commissioned the operation of Ruby Camp 2011 summer from Shimane Prefecture. The Ruby camp has been hosted by Shimane Prefecture since 2008, and this is the fourth year this year. Every year, we recruit participants from all over Japan, mainly from students in Shimane Prefecture.
